Questions
Do I still need the free plugin?
Yes. Premium is a separate plugin that extends the free OpenSheetMusicDisplay plugin, and it checks that the free plugin is active. Install both; there is no upgrade inside the free plugin.
How do I get premium after paying?
The checkout shows your license key and a download link, and you get both by email. In WordPress, upload the zip under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, activate it and enter the key.
What counts as a site?
One WordPress installation where the license is activated. To move a license, deactivate it on the old site and activate it on the new one.
I already have a license. How do I add sites?
Upgrade the license you have in your account, rather than buying a second plan. That way you keep one subscription and pay only the difference.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time in your account. The license runs until the end of the period you paid for; after that, updates and support stop.
What if premium does not work for me?
Write to support@opensheetmusicdisplay.org within 14 days of a payment and we refund it.
Who handles payment, VAT and invoices?
Freemius, our reseller. It is the Merchant of Record: it takes the payment, adds VAT or sales tax where the law requires, and sends the invoice.
